Do you think kimkins is safe?

There are plenty of blogs around detailing the controversy, the fraud….
I don’t care about that, well not on here, with this blog I wish to share articles and information I come across that answer or try to answer the question; is kimkins safe?
I wish to help get the message across that the Kimkins diet is not healthy in hopes that it does not continue after Kimkins is shut down.
Thank you for warning your readers about the dangers of the Kimkins Diet.
I do hope that folks realize that this diet is not safe.
If anyone who is reading this has been following the Kimkins Diet, please increase your calorie intake and add some healthy fats into your diet and don’t skimp on the vegetables. Please also go see your doctor as soon as possible, and be sure to be completely honest with him about what and how much (or how little) you have been eating.
